BR Series

The BR Series is the perfect choice for street driving and the occasional road course or autocross duty. With easily accessible adjustment knobs for fine-tuning compression and rebound, ride height adjustment independent of shock stroke, and spring preload, running a performance coilover system has never been easier. The driver chooses how low or high the vehicle sits (no preset ride height here!), and BC Racing patented concave lower locking rings will lock it securely in place. Most systems can be upgraded to pillowball mounts to provide the most feedback possible from the suspension and sharpen steering response. BC Racing front camber plates allow a driver to get the perfect alignment setup without compromise. Each of these features is offered, while providing a strong, attractive coilover system at a reasonable price.

DS Series

The DS Series is the perfect choice for drivers looking for track-oriented coilovers for occasional track days. The proprietary digressive piston design offers increased damping force at low piston velocities while maintaining a linear damper feel at higher piston velocities. One of the greatest advantages of increased low-speed damping force relates to what the driver feels. This includes roll, pitch, dive, and quick weight transitions seen in chicanes and on Auto-x courses.

RM Series

The inverted RM Series includes all of the great features of the BR Series, and then takes everything up a notch. The inverted coilover system moves vital damper fluid away from detrimental heat sources to avoid overheating the fluid, which can cause damper fade under extreme use. Inverted dampers handle high lateral loads* more efficiently and offer increased durability under extended road course sessions. Other advantages are the reduction of unsprung weight by moving the majority of the coilover mass to the chassis of the vehicle where weight can be more easily shaved. This is a durable coilover setup for those looking to attack a road course, hill climb or tarmac rally.

ER Series

The ER Series coilover system is the next evolution in suspension tuning to meet your vehicle setup needs. It features large external reservoirs front and rear, independently adjustable rebound and compression, plus a mono-tube twin-piston design. The large external reservoirs allow for a higher oil capacity that translates to faster heat dissipation during extended road course use. Additionally, the external reservoirs house the secondary piston, which allows for the independent adjustment of compression, separate from rebound adjustment. The ER Series coilover is the perfect system for drivers to dial in their suspension by varying the compression and rebound settings to fit their specific driving style and performance demand.

HM Series

The HM Series coilover system offers the same great benefits as the RM Series, with the addition of the 2-way damping adjustment of the ER Series. Inverted mono-tube dampers* with independently adjustable compression and rebound move vital damper fluid away from detrimental heat sources. This is to avoid overheating, which can cause damper fade under extreme track use. The inverted damper also allows for decreased unsprung weight by moving the majority of the coilover mass up to the chassis where weight can be shaved more easily. With the HM Series coilover system, the external reservoir exits the damper at the top allowing for infinitely variable mounting locations under the hood or in the trunk for easy adjustment at the track. The combination of inverted mono-tube dampers and external reservoirs make the HM Series suited for the most demanding users on the track.

ZR Series

The ZR Series brings a 3-way adjustable track ready coilover system to racers from novice to pro for an affordable price, which has never been seen in the industry. Each ZR Series coilover system offers 30-clicks of rebound adjustment, 15-clicks of low-speed compression adjustment, and 12-clicks of high-speed compression adjustment. 

On vehicles with McPherson struts, BC Racing will use inverted mono-tube dampers. Each damper uses a steel-braided, Teflon-coated line that exits the top of the damper and leads to the external reservoir. The reservoirs can be remotely mounted on the chassis for easy adjustment.

On vehicles with Double A-Arm suspension, BC Racing will use upright dampers. Each damper uses a steel-braided, Teflon coated line or solid stem, that exits the bottom of the damper and leads to the external reservoir. The reservoirs can be mounted under the chassis or to the shock body itself.
